Benefits of Merino Wool

  • Sustainable, biodegradable, and renewable
  • Odor, stain, heat, and dirt-resistant
  • Oeko-Tex® Certified
  • Great for All Seasons

While wool is often seen as a winter textile, Merino wool adapts to every season, offering warmth in the cold and breathability in the heat.

    Wicking that Works

Merino wool is naturally hydrophilic, absorbing up to 30% of its weight in moisture without ever feeling damp. It pulls moisture away from the surface, wicks it through air pockets in the fiber, and evaporates it quickly, so the material stays dry to the touch.

    Lightweight

Merino wool's spring-like fibers create small air spaces, giving he material volume without extra weight. The result is something light yet durable: substantial functionality without bulk.

    Strong & Durable

Merino wool's fibers are flexible and resilient enough to bend 20,000 times without breaking. They withstand heat up to 300°F and extreme cold, stay color-rich, and even help neutralize formaldehyde.

    Care Guide:

    For Wine, Oil, & Food

Step 1: Wet the spot with a mix of warm water and mild detergent until saturated.

Step 2: Massage the stain lightly to break up fibers, then wait 2 or 3 minutes.

Step 3: Pat (don’t rub) the area firmly with an absorbent paper towel to remove moisture.

Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 as necessary until the stain visibly lightens.

Step 5: Rinse and repeat until the detergent clears.

Step 6: Pat (again, don’t rub) the surface well and lay flat to dry.

    For Dry Stains

Lint rollers are a best first option for dry stains - a few passes with a good adhesive roller should reduce dry stains significantly and freshen up any felt product.

We recommend doing that anyway with all products, it will get them looking like new.

    Mud, Chunks, Etc

Vacuum it! Make sure hose attachment is clean; hold the felt securely in place; apply the vacuum with quick up and down motions to the affected area.
