Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Your order will ship USPS with a tracking number.  You will be emailed shipping confirmation and your tracking number when your order ships. All orders placed before 12noon HST will ship same day Monday - Friday and will ship the following business day if placed after 12noon. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.  You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has processed and shipped. We charge $10 shipping for any mainland orders under $100 and $6.50 for any Hawaii orders under $100.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are processed on the above shipping schedule, but will ship UPS EXPRESS, which usually arrives within 3 - 5 business days to your international destination.  You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has processed and shipped. Extra time may be needed for processing your package through customs.  Check with your customs office in your country if you need more information.

IN STORE PICK UP are processed first thing in the morning and you will be notified by email when your item is ready.

UPS/FED-EX for an additional charge we can Fed Ex overnight to the US Mainland West Coast only, or UPS Second Day to other US Mainland destinations. Order must be received by 12noon HST to be eligible for same day shipping. All UPS & Fed Ex orders placed after 12noon HST on Fridays or on Saturdays and Sundays will ship out on the following Monday. For example, if you place an overnight or second day order at 2pm on a Friday, the order will ship out on Monday, which means you will receive it 1 or 2 days after that, depending on the service you paid for.

LOST & MISSING PACKAGES Our system generates shipping labels automatically based on the address that YOU supply us at the time of the order. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or missing due to your inputting an incorrect address or your not being able to locate a package that says it has been delivered.  Please contact your mail delivery person if your item says "delivered" and you cannot find it. If you think your item has been stolen, you will need to contact your mail delivery person for more info and we suggest you file a claim for a missing or stolen package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they show that they have been delivered to the address you supplied us with.
