Our masks are 3-ply, with tight weave cotton voile as the middle layer. These do not have filter pockets. We added the middle layer for extra protection. These can be tossed in the washing machine.

S/M - For smaller framed faces. This is the size I wear and that most women with an average size face and bone structure will prefer.
M/L - Pretty standard for most adult men and also women with a larger face and bone structure. if you can't decide whether to get the S/M or the M/L, you could also choose to tighten the elastic on this by knotting or snipping and restitching, and that would work for someone in between sizes, or who cannot decide.
L/XL - If you are a husky man, get this size.
